Rooftop review roundup: One of the most famous rooftops in Seville boasting Cathedral views where you can almost touch this magnificent building. As this rooftop bar is perched on a 16th century building they have made clever use of different area’s but it can feel a little like herded into a pen, perching mainly on stools. Though wherever you are the views are some of the best in Seville with 360 panoramic of the city. And if you are lucky enough stay here they you can also enjoy them from a rooftop pool! The staff were friendly and drinks were great but it felt a bar to have just one or two in then move on. That’s if you can get in. If you want to go to this one, make sure you are there early on weekends. It is a magical spot not to be missed in this Spanish city.

Rooftop review roundup: This was a great photo spot and chilled rooftop. Simple plastic table and chairs setup across three distinct areas, including a pool reserved for hotel guests. While slightly more expensive than anticipated, the prices still didn’t reach the heights of London’s rooftop venues. It just lacked some good tunes but it can be forgiven as the views were fabulous.

Rooftop review roundup: Among the trio of rooftop bars near the Cathedral, this one was my favourite and lesser known. Featuring comfortable sofas, gram worthy signs, and the cheapest glass of rosé I’ve ever had, I was sold! With a soundtrack of good tunes and attentive service, I was tempted to move in well at least until sunset. Be sure to add this rooftop bar to your list!

Rooftop review roundup: Set in a breathtaking location, this rooftop restaurant offers sensational cuisine. I was torn between a leisurely lunch al fresco or opting for a cosy dinner inside the glass-enclosed room (if I had more time I would have done both!) But being March I chose the latter and was not disappointed. While slightly pricier than other options, the experience was well worth it, thanks to the stunning setting. I highly recommend trying the sea bass—it’s one of my favourite dishes and one of the best I’ve ever had, though I am not a foodie!

Rooftop review roundup: While Las Setas offers an amazing experience exploring its structure from the top, you could opt to visit this rooftop bar directly opposite! Sat admiring the grandeur of the “mushrooms” while enjoying a cocktail and serenity, all without any entry fee. That’s what I did! Though you could do both! Either way, I wouldn’t skip this rooftop from your list, given its unique setting.

This rooftop bar is a bit further a field but it is a great way to explore the city – especially knowing there is a cocktail with your name on it on this rooftop bar! It also boasts sweeping views of the river, a relaxed atmosphere and a great vibe, it’s a destination not to be missed.

Rooftop review roundup: This rooftop bar, open year-round to both guests and non-guests, is a stunner and quite the Seville secret. Situated one level below the pool technically categorized as a terrace rather than a rooftop bar, but I’m allowing it! It was the perfect ambiance for enjoying an end-of-day sightseeing drink or three! The rooftop pool was exclusively for guests though in march I found out it wasn’t heated! Some rose over a lovely lunch on the rooftop warmed me up making it a haven of holiday rooftop happiness. If you are looking for somewhere to stay then read more here.

Rooftop review roundup: So this isn’t a rooftop bar as we know them, it’s a clever business concept that hires the rooftop for events boasting the only rooftop views of Torre del Oro. To access these views you need to book one of their unique experiences, ranging from paella cooking classes to sangria tastings—I opted for the latter, naturally! Advertised as a 90-minute session, our experience actually were still drinking 2 hours later! Priced at €24 per person, we were treated to four different types of sangria, along with a fascinating history lesson and plenty of tips about sangria and Seville. Although the drinks were very generously poured, the accompanying cheese and olive tapas were rather scant, so eat beforehand. I couldn’t finish my drinks as it was late afternoon and it had been hours since lunch. This venue also has indoor space available, although it lacks the excitement of being outdoors but it means if it rains they don’t have to cancel. Overall, it’s a fantastic rooftop activity to try while in Seville, rain or shine!

Rooftop review roundup: This rooftop river side restaurant was high on my list to have lunch at but being so popular I hadn’t booked early enough. I did pop myself on the cancellation list with the back up for a drink at the lower bar. Sadly when I got there even a drink wasn’t possible, I was allowed up to have a look – hence having the pics but found they weren’t the friendliest and was disappointed as there was space for us but they just weren’t being very accommodating. I am including this riverside rooftop as whilst I didn’t eat or drink I did experience their hospitality or lack of and maybe it was a bad day but it would be remiss not to share when it’s not a good experience. But their loss was Level 5th rooftop gain!
